The more times a week you come, the cheaper it is per session
Choose between 2, 3, or 4 times a week. Our sessions will be strength focused to increase your BMR and overall health. Goals may include weight loss, muscle gain, or habit building.
Bring up to two friends or loved ones to join you in our 1 hour group fitness sessions. Enjoy personalized coaching, with up to 3 people total.
2 30-minute sessions a week, personalized workouts focused on muscle building, nutrition tips, and ongoing assessments. This service is exclusively for those on weight-loss medication.
Allows you to train from anywhere at anytime without needing to coordinate with a trainer. You will be provided a months worth of personalized workouts and videos of exercises through our easy to use app. You will also meet virtually with your trainer once a month to update any goals or changes that may come about.
Each meal plan will provide you with a weeks worth of meals, meeting your personal macro and calorie goal that will be determined by your Certified Nutrition Coach. This plan will be tailored to your personal food preferences.
1 hour virtual meeting guiding your nutrition and answering any nutrition questions you may have. You lead this meeting and I will help you come up with a plan and next steps based on your goals.
